
As a professional therapist, I talk to so many different people everyday. People from all over Texas, who are in many different stages of life, and life circumstances. Many are suffering from anxiety. They don't understand, or maybe they have an idea, of why they feel like that all the time.
First of all, what is anxiety? It is that constant state of worrying. Worrying about everything, or perhaps, certain things you worry about. Once that is triggered, it feels impossible to get out of. Constant rumination on what could go wrong, or maybe a general sense of something is wrong, or about to go wrong.
